Custom benchtops crafted in-situ in polished concrete, faux-stone microcement or metallic epoxy. Kitchen benchtops, bar tops, table tops, vanities and plinths, in the shape, colour and edge profile you want.
Concrete benchtops are crafted in-situ rather than fitted from a slab, which is what lets the shape, the joins and the finish be worked in place. Three finishes are available: polished concrete for a sleek, modern top, faux-stone microcement for the look of stone without seams or grout lines, and metallic epoxy for a bolder, reflective surface. All three are sealed for everyday food-prep use.
Custom poured, ground and sealed concrete benchtops for cafes, bars and home kitchens.
Ground and polished to a sleek finish. Heat and stain resistant once sealed, and a practical alternative to stone in kitchens and vanities.
The look and feel of stone with no seams or grout lines, applied over the formed top in coats and sealed.
A reflective, poured finish for a bolder look. Resistant to stains and heat, so it holds up on a high-use surface.
We measure the cabinetry on site and template the shape, including sink and cooktop cut-outs.
The mix design and the reinforcement are sized to the span and thickness. Glass fibre reinforced concrete is used where the top needs the extra strength.
The top is cast in-situ so the finish and the joins are worked in place rather than fitted from a slab.
Ground back to the chosen exposure and gloss, with the edge profile cut square, waterfall, ogee, pencil, chamfered or to your drawing.
A food-safe sealer goes on, either two-part polyurethane or a penetrating lithium silicate, followed by a care guide.

Concrete is more prone to chipping than granite, so we reinforce it, and glass fibre reinforced concrete cuts that down further. Rounded edges and trivets under hot pans do the rest.
A 40mm top is around 95kg per square metre. We check the cabinetry carries it and reinforce where it does not.
