Coved, sealed, resin floors for aged care, allied health, medical suites and imaging centres across South-East Queensland. Where the spec references the Australasian Health Facility Guidelines, we match the system to it.
Infection control audits. Spills absorbing into joints. Vinyl lifting at coves. Noise on hard floors.
Each system is chosen against your slab, your chemicals and your downtime window. Links go to the full service page.
Jointless epoxy and resin coatings for warehouses, factories, garages and commercial facilities.
Heavy-duty resin and polyurethane systems for forklift traffic, chemical exposure and hot washdown.
Vinyl flake broadcast into a resin base. Decorative and slip-resistant for garages, workshops and pool surrounds.
For facility managers, builders and project managers who are past the brochure stage.
Healthcare and aged care flooring is infection-control critical. The specification brief typically runs through Australian Health Facility Guidelines TS-7, Standards Australia HB 260 for hospital-acquired infection prevention, AS/NZS 3661.1 for wet slip resistance, and NCC Spec C1.10a for Class 9a and 9c building fire compliance. Where the spec calls for any of them, we pick a system with the manufacturer data to match. Every system is specified to carry antimicrobial protection, monolithic coving, low-VOC declarations, and cleanability that will stand up to an infection control audit.
Typical build-ups run polyurethane cement at 6 to 9 mm or high-build epoxy at 500 to 1000 microns with 100 mm radius monolithic coving at wall junctions. Silver-ion antimicrobial additive is specified into the topcoat and declared on the manufacturer data sheet. For wards and residential zones where acoustic performance matters, decorative flake flooring or welded vinyl with an acoustic underlay is specified as an alternative. Wet clinical zones move to heavy texture with textured broadcast. Imaging and theatre zones move to ESD and chemical-resistant specifications.
Materials matter for infection control. The antimicrobial additive is third-party tested silver-ion, declared on the manufacturer data sheet so the infection control nurse has the documentation. The coving radius is at least 100 mm with a monolithic bond to the floor system, because any cold joint at floor-to-wall is a harbourage point that will fail an audit. Low-VOC waterborne systems are specified for occupied wards where odour matters. Non-porous topcoats resist the daily cleaning chemistry used in healthcare, which is more aggressive than any residential setting.
Site conditions that move the spec: aged care dining and activity rooms need warmth underfoot and acoustic control, which often moves the finish toward decorative flake or welded vinyl. Clinical wet zones need heavy texture with textured broadcast. Theatres need ESD to AS/NZS 61340. Imaging rooms need chemical resistance to contrast media. Occupied-ward installs need negative-pressure fans and hoarding. Medical suites inside mixed-use buildings need NCC Spec C1.10a compliant fire ratings.
Install approach is infection-control aware. Phased installs with infection-control hoarding. Negative-pressure fans where required. Low-VOC systems standard across occupied zones. Night shift programmes common for occupied facilities. Dedicated crew access, H-class extraction, and waste containment to prevent particulate migration. Every install is photographed and documented against the infection control plan submitted at contract award.
What to expect in healthcare is a floor that has to outlive many cleaning cycles, and we set it out before we quote. We tell you how the system will handle your disinfectants and mop systems, how to look after it, and what will shorten its life, and we put the terms in writing with the price. Where the spec calls for slip testing to AS/NZS 3661.1 we arrange it. The maintenance guide is tuned to the actual cleaning chemistry used by the facility, because the wrong disinfectant destroys the antimicrobial additive and the wrong mop system damages the topcoat. Hand-back bundles the manufacturer documentation the director of care needs on file.
Manufacturer data sheets, SWMS and insurance certificates come with the quote.

Yes. Coved skirting formed with the floor system, no cold joints.
Resin flooring is harder underfoot than vinyl. If acoustic performance is part of the spec, tell us early so the build-up can allow for it.
Hoarding, negative-pressure fans where required, dedicated access, H-class extraction, crew-only access. Phased by corridor or wing.
