Polished concrete, epoxy and industrial coatings for warehouses, workshops, retail fit-outs and commercial kitchens. Staged hand-back, dust-controlled, documented.

We look at the slab, test where it matters, and quote against what’s actually there. Moisture, existing coatings and remediation get priced up front rather than appearing as a variation halfway through.
Occupied sites get sectioned so you keep trading. Nights and weekends where the hours demand it. Shutdown work programmed to the shutdown, not to our calendar.
System data sheets, SWMS and insurance certificates come with the quote. If you’re assembling a tender pack you shouldn’t have to chase us for it.
Specified around the substrate, the traffic, the chemicals and the downtime window.

Polished concrete densifies and polishes the slab itself, so it outlasts most coatings and never needs recoating under forklift traffic. Epoxy is applied on top and will need recoating every ten to fifteen years under heavy machinery, but it's the right answer where you're dealing with chemicals, oils or washdowns. Food and beverage sites usually need a polyurethane cement system that survives steam cleaning and thermal shock.
Yes, and most commercial jobs need it. We stage the work so you hand back one area at a time, and we can work nights and weekends where the trading hours demand it. Shutdown work gets programmed to the shutdown window rather than the other way around.
Yes. Per-system data sheets, SWMS written for the system, slip testing arranged where the spec calls for it, public liability insurance and current WorkCover QLD. Ask with your RFQ and it comes with the quote rather than after it.
We run H-class vacuums off the grinders, so dust is captured at the head. Operators are fit-tested for respirators. In occupied buildings we hoard off the work area. It's a controlled process, which matters when you're handing a floor back to a tenant or a food-grade audit.
Depends on the system and the size, and on whether the slab needs remediation first. We give you a fixed programme at quote stage with the grind, coat and cure dates on it, not a rough estimate. If you're working to a builder's programme, send us the dates and we'll tell you honestly whether we can hit them.
Yes. We work directly with builders, project managers and specifiers, and we're comfortable being written into a spec. If you need a system nominated for a tender, send the drawings and the use case and we'll come back with the system, the build-up and the data sheets.
Send the drawings or a few photos and we will come and look at the slab before we price it.
