Resin floor systems for garages, workshops, showrooms, factories and warehouses across the Gold Coast, Brisbane and Northern NSW. Specified for the traffic, the chemicals and the downtime the floor has to work around.
Epoxy is a two-pack resin coating bonded straight onto prepared concrete. Ground, primed, body-coated and topcoated, it leaves one continuous surface with no joints for oil, water or grime to get into. The build-up changes with the job: a high-build coat for a warehouse, a self-levelling coat for a showroom, a polyurethane cement for a food plant, a flake broadcast for a garage. The right epoxy for a beverage plant is not the right one for a two-car garage.
Epoxy floor systems for garages, workshops, showrooms, factories and warehouses.
Industrial-grade, heavy-duty coatings for warehouses and factories. Total DFT 500 to 1000 microns.
High-gloss, monolithic finish for showrooms, retail and clean environments. Total DFT 1 to 3mm.
Decorative slip-resistant system for workshops, commercial kitchens and garages. Vinyl flake in choice of colours.
HACCP-aligned urethane-cement system for food processing. Withstands steam cleaning, thermal shock, organic acids.
Electrostatic-dissipative system to AS/NZS 61340 for electronics assembly and pharma.
Slab condition, moisture level and the preparation the floor needs.
Diamond grinding to a CSP 3 to CSP 4 profile under H-class dust extraction, plus any concrete repairs.
The build-up is set against the traffic, the chemicals and the slip rating the floor has to meet.
Primer, pigmented body coat, then topcoat. Roll-coat, trowel-down or self-levelling depending on the system.
Cure time before foot traffic and longer before full load. You get the cure times and the cleaning method on the day.
Drawn from manufacturer data for the systems we use. Your floor's specification is confirmed when we quote.
| Compressive strength | >70 MPa |
|---|---|
| Tensile adhesion (AS 1012.24) | >2 MPa (substrate failure) |
| Abrasion resistance (Taber CS-17) | <70mg / 1000 cycles |
| Chemical resistance | Full matrix available on spec sheet |
| Slip testing (AS 4586) | Textured finishes available; testing arranged where the spec calls for it |
Manufacturer data sheets, SWMS and insurance certificates are available on request.
Dust in the racking. Diesel forklifts dragging fluid. Joints spalling. Downtime when you can't afford any.

See solutionsYes. It takes forklift traffic, dropped stock and wash-down, and it is the system we install most often in warehouses and factories.
From a single garage to a full warehouse. Send a photo and the rough size and we will tell you straight if it suits us.
Slip resistance is built in with a textured broadcast or an anti-slip additive. Where a specification calls for testing to AS 4586 we arrange it.
Yes. We install overnight, on weekends and across staged hand-back windows on live sites.
Tell us the area and send a photo of the floor. We look at it before we price it, and the quote comes to you in writing.
