How we scope, quote, install and hand back.

We come and look, we quote in writing, we agree the finish on a sample, and we hand over clean. No surprises on price and no surprises at hand-back.

Stage 01

We come and look

Nine times out of ten we look at the floor before we price it.

A site visit to see the slab, not a price off a plan alone
Check for existing coatings, cracks, joints, levels and moisture
Moisture testing where the spec calls for it
Photograph and note existing defects so they are priced up front, not discovered later
Talk through the finish, the programme and the access on site

Stage 02

A fixed price in writing, with the system named.

Stage 03

You sign off the finish before we do the whole floor.

Stage 04

A tidy hand-back with the paperwork that goes with it.
