Twenty years inside warehouses, factories, food plants, workshops and retail fit-outs across the Gold Coast and South-East Queensland. Chosen for the site, installed around your programme, and handed back with the documentation your auditors, tenancy managers and facility directors need.
A warehouse and a commercial kitchen share almost nothing: different loads, different chemicals, different slip requirements, different hand-back windows. Pick your industry below and see the systems we install for it.
System chosen against your loads. Joint-filled to stop edge spalling. Flatness numbers checked against the spec before we quote.
Manufacturer chemical resistance data for the system. Vinyl ester, polyurethane cement or food-grade urethane matched to your SDS list.
Polyurethane cement where hot wash-down and steam cleaning are part of the routine. Fast-cure systems for cold store and freezer zones.
Finish chosen to suit the rating in the spec. Textured broadcast for food, wet and food-prep zones. Slip testing arranged where the spec calls for it.
FSANZ 3.2.3 in mind: integral coving, falls to drain, antimicrobial options where the spec calls for them.
Night, weekend and aisle-by-aisle installs on live sites. Clear programme, clear dust control, clear PC-ready handover.
Warehouses, workshops, kitchens and fit-outs across South-East Queensland. Real jobs, photographed by us.
Manufacturer data sheets, SWMS and insurance certificates come with the quote. The list below is the standards specs most often call for.
| Standard | What it covers |
|---|---|
| AS 4586 | Slip resistance (dry and wet). Slip testing arranged on completion where the spec calls for it. |
| AS/NZS ISO 9239.1 | Fire behaviour of floor coverings. Figures from the manufacturer data sheet for the system. |
| FSANZ 3.2.3 | Food Safety Standard for food premises. Coving, falls and cleanable surfaces are the flooring parts of it. |
| AS/NZS 61340 | Electrostatic control. ESD-rated systems where the spec calls for them. |
| AS 1012.24 | Tensile adhesion testing, arranged on hand-back where the spec calls for it. |
| WHS Act 2011 (QLD) | System-specific SWMS, h-class vacuums, fit-tested respirators. |

Share your drawings, tenancy schedule or spec schedule through the quote form, or email us. We come and look at the floor, then come back with a system recommendation, a programme and a fixed price in writing.
Any non-residential slab, from a single workshop bay to a 10,000m² distribution floor: warehouses, factories, food and beverage plants, automotive workshops, retail fit-outs, commercial kitchens, logistics hubs, childcare, schools, gyms, medical and aged care. If there is an auditor, a tenancy manager or a facility director involved, you are our client.
Yes. Manufacturer data sheets, SWMS, insurance certificates and SDS come with the quote, or on request if you need them for a tender. Send the drawings and the use case and we come back with the system, the build-up and the paperwork.
Yes. Staged hand-back, weekend installs and overnight programmes are our standard approach for live commercial and industrial sites. Fast-cure systems are available where the window is tight, and the return-to-service dates go in the programme with the quote.
The standards are set by the spec, not by us. The ones we are most often asked to work to are AS 4586 slip resistance, AS/NZS ISO 9239.1 fire, FSANZ 3.2.3 for food premises and AS/NZS 61340 for ESD. The manufacturer data sheet for each system carries the test data, and slip testing is arranged on completion where the spec calls for it.
Slab condition, size and finish drive the price. We come and look at the floor, then quote a fixed price in writing. Existing coatings, moisture and remediation are priced up front rather than appearing as a variation halfway through.
Attach a couple of pictures to the quote form and we can tell you a lot before we even arrive. Free on-site quote, fixed price in writing.
