One crew, eleven finishes, for homes, businesses and industrial sites. Grinding, polishing, sealing and coating since 2005. We look at the floor before we price it.

A driveway one week, a warehouse floor the next. The machines and the crew are the same; what changes is the system and the programme. You aren't being handed to a subcontractor.
Nine times out of ten we visit before quoting. Concrete varies too much to price blind, and a site visit is what lets us give you a fixed number instead of a range.
The quote lists the system, the programme and the price. Remediation is costed at the start, so there's nothing to argue about later.
Not sure which one you need? Send a photo with your enquiry and we'll tell you what suits it.

Polished concrete is mechanically ground and polished into the slab itself, so the shine comes from the concrete rather than a coating. Grind and seal is ground flat then finished with a sealer on top. Polished lasts longer and never needs recoating; grind and seal is cheaper up front, hides more of the slab's imperfections and is easier to patch.
The condition of the slab drives the price more than the area does. A sound, flat, recently poured slab is straightforward. Cracks, oil stains, old coatings or moisture problems need prep work first, and that is where the cost moves. We quote a fixed price in writing after looking at the floor.
Both, and we have since 2005. Residential is driveways, patios, garages, living areas and benchtops. Commercial and industrial is warehouses, workshops, retail fit-outs and commercial kitchens. Same crew and machines either way.
Based in Burleigh Heads and working across the Gold Coast, Brisbane, Tweed Heads and Northern NSW as standard. Larger commercial projects we'll travel further for.
A residential driveway or living area is usually one to three days depending on size and finish. Commercial work is programmed around your trading hours and handed back in stages. Sealers and coatings need cure time before traffic, and the exact dates go in the quote.
